Membership

We are now accepting sign ups for Adult Player and Social Memberships for 2026. Forms can be found at the bottom of this page.

Some of our Junior age groups are now at capacity. Those with capacity where we are accepting new players will be available to select on the sign up form below.  

If you are current player and still need to renew please contact the club directly to ask for a renewal link.   

All membership and the payments will be run through Spond. Further details and instructions are below.

Renewal Process

Renewals will be issued from Spond to registered Members, or to Guardians for Junior Members and you will recieve a message in Spond that looks like:

Open the Link and you will be able to pick your group. As it is a renewal you may see that the Group is full, ignore this as you are already a Member. Continue through the wizard ensuring you update any relevant information and accept all the terms and conditions.

The window for renewing your membership will be 14 days, this is allow us to fill any vacancies. After those 14 days we will trigger the Payment Request, where you will have 21 days to pay for your membership. This gives everyone plenty of time and allows us to complete the process for Easter Holidays, so that we can finalise the Spond Groups, teams and coaching for the season.

Discounts

We also offer a 25% family discount which is applied when multiple memberships are bought by the same Paying Contact and all members live at the same address. This discount is applied automatically by Spond and is applied by keeping the highest membership fee and then discounts applied to all subsequent membership fees. Payments must be made through the app in order to trigger the discount, please do not try to use the email link.
