How to update information in Spond
It is really important that HTCC has all the necessary information about you or your children if they are playing in the Junior teams. This is so we can contact our membership to arrange training, events, matches and if need be to use that information to contact the Emergency Contacts etc.
Please use the following guide to update the information we hold to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
- Open Spond App and click Home in the bottom left hand corner
- Click your profile circle in the top left hand corner and on the new page select 'Group memberships'. This will show all the HTCC groups you are a member of. So this could be multiple groups if you play both Adult and Junior cricket or you are a Social Member and a Guardian.
- Click on the Group that you or the person you need to update their details
- The next page you should see all the profile information there is and each detail should have a little pencil symbol meaning you can update it.
- Repeat the same process for updating any details of your children.
We only try and collect the minimum amount of information possible and it is only visible to you, a team manager or the committee (aka administrators). We have setup controls and restrictions as best we can but if you do not want to populate some of the information that is your choice. However, some fields are mandatory so that we have some information eg contact details.
